Price detail:
The price (£14,0000)includes the current year's site fees. and 15%Commissions ande VAT due the Orchards. The buyer will also have to pay rates (approx £300 per year) and all electricity and fuel bills.
The holiday park of course are happy for me to sell my van privatley and the buyer would enter into an agreement with them for rental of the land and payment of future site fees. When I checked out selling the van, the orchards told me they didnt' have any going for under £22,000. This is a bargain for quick sale purposes. We will of course include all the pots & pans, cutlery & crockery etc so that the van can be moved into and enjoyed immediately. The TV & Hi Fi are negotiable.

Pitch details:
The caravan is pitched on a large site with a good sized concreted area for parking a car next to the van, leaving plenty of room for relaxing outside the van. There is also sufficient room in front of the van for a second car.
The area of the Orchards park is called "The Hollows". This is a quiet little cul de sac where children can play safely. The launderette, supermarket and Owners only outdoor pool & bar are within 1 minute walk. the golf course Pitch and put course and fishing lake are about about 3 minutes away. The main leisure complex buildings are 5 minutes walk away.
