Possibly one of the best features of this caravan, the 2 foot wide 12 foot long storage area, is ideal for all the barbecue stuff, outside chairs & tables, windbreaks and stuff that you don't want cluttering up your caravan. There aren't too many vans built with this capacity and it surprises me because it is very usefull, especially if you are going to take advantage of the Orchards letting service and intend letting your caravan out for various weeks. We did this a few times and of course got paid by the Orchards for the hire of the van. This locking area (with a light in it) was perfect for locking away the personal items that you don't want the visitors to get hold of and don't want to have to take home with you, e.g. beer,barbecues, outside seats, tinned food, wine, and so on.
