The dining area, unlike some more poorly designed caravans, is independent of both the kitchen and living room. It's comfortable for four maybe five people to eat at. This is officially an 8 berth caravan. If you do have more poeple eating then we found it best to pull the table into the living room area where more people could then sit around it.
